A childhood friend of the family, when asked what his favorite day of the year was, would reply, “December 21st.  It’s the shortest day of the year.  Things can only get better”.  Moving forward into brighter days sounds like a good plan…

Jake has been involved in a wide range of activism since 1995. After graduating from art school in 1996, he became actively involved with local groups working on a variety of important issues. Jake’s passion for positive change led him to volunteer with and organize various campaigns on local, regional, national and international levels with great success.

His dedication to change is almost matched for his desire to make it look good. Over the last decade, Jake has honed his skills in the fine arts, print and web design in order to better convey messages to the general public in an exciting, appealing and educational way.
